Our Library
Southern Area Library is located on the corner of Main and Church Circle Streets in downtown Lost Creek, WV.
Our newly renovated library has nearly 12,000 books on our shelves with new purchases every month. Videos and DVDs may also be rented for the same two week period as printed materials.
Southern Area Library has five patron computers. The entire building is wi-fi accessible. There is also a fax machine, printers, and a copier for patron use.
Numerous programs are offered throughout the year including a monthly genealogy meeting and a monthly book discussion group.

Northern Library Network
We belong to the Northern Library Network. More than 40 libraries in 17 counties in the northern region of West Virginia united to form the NorLN. Patrons may borrow from any of these libraries using just one library card. For more information about participating libraries, click here.
